Lunch times School dinners are served in the canteen area of the hall. Both years 7 and 8 queue up in the corridor alongside the hall (leading to the gym). You will then be called forward by an MTA to move to the food serving area. The canteen is self-service and there is a choice of hot or cold meals. There are tables and chairs in the hall for you to use.
If you have packed lunch , you can eat this in the canteen area, or eat outside in the grounds in the fine weather.
There are a number of activities taking place at lunch times:
The Yeo Room is open (this is next to the Staff Room) and usually staffed by TA’s. This is a quiet room with support if you want it.
L9 Skills Development Centre is open by arrangement with Ms Reeve-Hodgson or Ms Start for help with homework and behaviour support.
L8 computer room is open on Wednesdays for Homework, Email, Internet, animation and some games. During the rest of the week you may be able to use this room for homework only.
